Yes. Orders can be cancelled from your customer account until midnight on the day of purchase. After that, our buyers begin sourcing fresh produce at the market, and cancellations are no longer possible.

We offer 38 different payment options at checkout, including all major credit cards, QR payment, bank transfer, Line Pay, TrueMoney, and several over-the-counter options.

We deliver to Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan. Shipping is a flat rate of ฿99, except for Samut Prakan which is ฿120. All orders over ฿2,000 qualify for free delivery.

Orders placed before midnight will be delivered the next day before 9:00 PM. Customers can also select a specific delivery window during checkout for added convenience.

Because all of our produce is sourced fresh daily from the market, slight variations in size, color, or weight are normal and not eligible for return. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you can file a claim within 5 hours of delivery.

Yes. If your fresh products arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you’re covered by our Freshness Guarantee. Just let us know within 5 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you can file a claim within 5 hours of delivery. To return a product:
Take clear photos of:
1. The product with the issue
2. The product label or invoice
3. The product on a scale (if weight is the issue)
Make sure the claimed amount matches the photos (e.g., if 3kg is unusable, show 3kg on the scale).
Send the photos, your order number, a short description of the problem, and your preferred solution (refund or replacement) to:

Keep the affected products stored properly until collection or inspection.
Our team will confirm receipt within 30 minutes, review your claim within 1 hour, and provide a solution such as a refund or replacement. Claims submitted after 5 hours, or for items stored incorrectly after delivery, cannot be accepted.
