2. Eligibility & Account Security

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • Fresh & Perishable Goods: Many items have limited shelf lives. Product images are illustrative; natural variations in size, color, or appearance may occur.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Thai baht (THB) and are subject to change without prior notice until you submit an order.

  • Inventory: Stock levels may fluctuate rapidly. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if items become unavailable; any payments for unavailable items will be refunded promptly.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is authorized.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

  • We issue electronic invoices; please retain them for reference and claims.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates. Factors such as traffic, weather, and product sourcing may affect timing.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

  • You (or your delegate) must be present to receive chilled or frozen goods; otherwise we may place the order at a safe location at your own risk.

6. Quality Assurance & Claims

  • Inspect your order immediately. Our Refund & Return Policy governs all claims, including the 5‑hour inspection window and photo‑based process.

  • Claims that do not follow that procedure or fall outside the inspection period will be denied.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You may use the Site solely for lawful purchasing and informational purposes. You agree not to:

  1. Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts located in Bangkok.
