Bangkok FreshLink Shipping Policy

Minimum Order Requirement

A minimum order value of ฿800 is required for all deliveries.

Orders that do not meet the minimum order value cannot be processed.


Order Cut-Off and Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 midnight (00:00) will be processed and shipped the next day.

Orders placed after midnight will be processed the following day.


Delivery Scheduling

Delivery times are scheduled by Bangkok FreshLink based on daily routes and operational efficiency.

If you have a preferred drop-off time, you are welcome to contact us via Line in advance. We will be happy to discuss your request and let you know if it is possible.

While we do our best to accommodate timing requests, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

For B2B clients with operational requirements such as kitchen prep schedules, staff coordination, or production timelines, we understand that delivery timing can be critical. Please contact our team via Line to discuss your needs in advance, and we will work with you to determine the most suitable delivery arrangement where feasible.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver only to Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan.

We do not ship outside these areas at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives late, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement of missing or damaged items

  • Refund for undelivered or unsatisfactory items


Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, please contact us before 7:00am on the day of your delivery to allow us time to make the appropriate changes.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
