1. Overview
Bangkok Freshlink Co., Ltd. aims to deliver every order exactly as specified and in peak condition. Because most of our items are fresh or highly perishable, we operate a “photo‑claim” system. We accept claims only when a product is off‑specification, spoiled, or otherwise not fit for use. Change‑of‑mind returns are not permitted.

2. 5‑Hour Inspection Window
The 5‑hour timer starts the moment your order status shows “Delivered.” During this window, please open, inspect, and weigh all items to confirm both quantity and quality.

3. How to File a Claim (Photo‑Claim System)

2. Match the quantity in the photo

Example: If you ordered 5 kg of pork and need to claim 3 kg, the photo must show 3 kg of unusable pork.

3. Send within 5 hours

Email claims@bangkokfreshlink.com or message LINE @bkkfreshlink with:

• Order number

• Photos (JPEG/PNG, ≤ 5 MB each, up to 5 files)

• Brief description of the problem

• Preferred resolution (refund, discount, or replacement — if replacement, state the desired delivery date)

4. Keep the product

Store the reported quantity under proper conditions. We will collect it for inspection and corrective‑action analysis.

Enables quality investigation

Claims submitted after the 5‑hour window cannot be processed. Except for certain product groups subject to the company’s discretion.

5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Channel: Your original payment method or store credit.

  • Processing: We initiate refunds within 1 business day after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take 3–7 business days to post the funds.

  • Partial refunds: If only certain items are affected, we refund the value of those items (and any related shipping) only.

6. Exclusions (Non‑Claimable Situations)

  • Claims made after the 5‑hour inspection window

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Minor color or size variations that do not affect safety or quality

  • Change‑of‑mind requests
